The staff made each interaction personal not just transactional. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. The soap and shampoo dispensers were very nice addition. We personally would have liked the bed softer and the shower hotter but others may like both as they are.

On our way to the Dominican Republic on Carnival Cruises and decided to use my IHG Partner instead of my old go to HH. The rooms were nice, roomy and cozy. The staff very friendly and welcoming even at a late night check in. The real special treat was the breakfast. It was dinning quality.

Wow I can not say enough good things about this location and staff. We chose this hotel for our host hotel for our wedding. From the time that I checked in to the time that I checked out the staff was nothing but amazing. All of my guests had nothing but nice things to say. From the restaurant to the catering we did for our rehearsal dinner nothing but 5 star service. The rooms were all clean and they even took the time to make sure that 90% of the guests traveling with us rooms were done in time for an early check-in if needed! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel if you are in the Titusville area. Thank you guys for taking care of us the way that you guys did.

This hotel was easy to find and convient to book. The price was good. The room was a good size, t.v. was small but expected. A bit difficult to get on the wifi so I stop trying. The bathroom amentities were good and love the fridge in the room. The pull out couch needs to be replaced the mattress was horrible and they didnt have any linen in the room for it. Please replace the couch, we needed the 3rd bed and it was horrible. Overall the staff was friendly and took our pictures in front of the beautiful christmas tree. I would stay again when in Fl from S.C. Thanks.

We really appreciate the staff members at the front desk. They were efficient and friendly and helped me greatly when a small issue arose in regard to parking. We stayed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower and everything was just as it was needed.
